强直性脊柱炎患者血清IL-27水平的测定及临床意义

摘　　要：目的通过检测强直性脊柱炎(AS)患者血清中的白细胞介素27(IL-27)的水平,探讨其在AS发病的作用。方法收集AS患者90例,采用双抗体夹心ELISA测定血清中的IL-27水平,并与30例健康对照者进行比较,同时测定红细胞沉降率(ESR)、C-反应蛋白(CRP)及Bath强直性脊柱炎疾病活动指数(BASDAI)。结果 AS患者组血清IL-27水平为(603.4±76.2)pg/mL,明显高于健康对照组[(63.4±5.9)pg/mL,P<0.001];且血清IL-27水平与ESR、CRP及BASDAI成正相关(r值分别为0.306、0.299、0.218,P分别为0.003、0.004、0.040)。结论 IL-27可能参与了AS炎症与免疫反应。Objective To investigate the clinical significance of IL-27 levels in the serum of patients with ankylosing spondylitis （AS）. Methods IL-27 levels were detected in serum of 90 patients with AS by double antibody sandwich enzyme-linked irmnunosorbent assay （ELISA）, and com- pared with other 30 healthy controls. Erythrocyte sedimentation rate （ESR）, C-reactive protein （CRP） and Bath AS disease activity index （BAS- DAI ） were also determined. Results The serum levels of IL-27 in AS patients were significantly higher than healthy controls （603.4±76.2 vs 63.4±5.9 pg/mL, P 〈 0.001 ）. In addition, the serum levels of IL- 27 were positive correlation with ESR, CRP and BASDAI （r： 0.306,0.299,0.218 ; P： 0.003,0.004,0.040）. Conclusion IL-27 may be invovled in the inflammatory or immunological process of AS.
