摘 要:目的:研究羟丙基-β-环糊精(HP-β-CD)对二氢杨梅素(DMY)的增溶作用。方法:采用摩尔比率法和相溶解度法测定HP-β-CD与DMY在水溶液中的包合比及包合过程中热力学参数的变化。结果:DMY的溶解度随HP-β-CD浓度的增加而呈线性增加趋势,相溶解度图显示,二者可形成包合比为1∶1的包合物;热力学参数显示,该包合反应可自发进行,且为放热反应,升温对包合不利,包合后体系更加有序。结论:HP-β-CD可增加DMY的溶解度,适当的温度和pH对包合反应至关重要。OBJECTIVE: To investigate the solubilization of hydroxypropyl-β-cyclodextrin (HP-β-CD) to dihydromyricetin (DMY). METHODS: The inclusion ratio of HP-β-CD and DMY and the changes of thermodynamic parameters were studied by the methods of equimolar series and phase solubility. RESULTS: With the increase of HP-β-CD concentration, the solubility of DMY increased linearly. The phase solubility diagram exhibited inclusion complexes of them could be formed with molar ratio of 1 : 1. Thermodynamic parameters showed that the inclusion could be carried out spontaneously, and belonged to exothermic reaction, which suggested that raising temperature could reduce the formation of the complex. The system was more orderly after inclusion. CONCLUSIONS: HP-β-CD can increase the solubility of DMY, and appropriate temperature and pH value are important for inclusion.
