我国财政科技投入与其影响因素的动态关系研究

摘　　要：根据1990—2010年的时间序列数据,假设了影响财政科技投入的五个相关因素,并利用逐步回归模型择取与财政科技投入相关度高的影响因素,运用分位数回归模型分析了这些影响因素与财政科技投入之间的动态联系。研究结果表明:产业结构变迁对财政科技投入的正向影响最为显著;随着财政科技投入的加大,财政支出分权对财政科技投入的影响逐步减弱;人力资源的累计是财政科技投入的一种非常稳定的影响因素。In the light of time-series data from 1990 to 2010, the paper presumes some relevant factors influencing Financial In- vestment in S＆T, adopting Stepwise Least Squares Regression Model to pick major influential factors based on Financial Investment in S＆T, which has been analyzed by Quantile Regression Model to study the dynamic affiliation between the Financial Investment in S＆T and the influential factors. The results show what the most significant is the positive effect of the industrial structure change. With the in- creasing financial investment in S＆T, the decreasing effect is in the fiscal expenditure decentralization. An accumulated Human Re- source has been quite a stable influential factor in Financial Investment in Science and Technology.
