基于耗散结构系统熵模型的区域人力资源供给系统有序性研究

摘　　要：区域人力资源供给系统是一个复杂的开放系统,不断与外界环境、社会之间存在着能量、信息和物质的交换,其内部各要素之间相互作用导致系统的熵值增加,系统运行变得不稳定,根据熵与系统有序性之间的关联关系,可以构造耗散结构系统熵模型并测定熵值的变化,就可以反映出系统运行的有序程度。研究发现,区域人力资源供给系统是一个耗散结构,其发展的有序性可以通过反映内部结构的"关联熵"和反映系统动态运行的"运行熵"来判断。因此,建立区域人力资源供给系统熵分析模型,通过"关联熵"和"运行熵"来对系统有序性进行测定。利用辽宁人力资源供给相关指标数据进行分析发现:金融危机之后,随着经济的发展,人力资源供给有序性逐渐提高。Regional human resources supply system is a complex open system, it exists the exchange of power, information and material constantly with the outside and societyl, interaction between its internal factors can make the system＇s entropy increase and run unstably the system. According to the relationship between entropy and order, we can construct the dissipative structure system entropy model and measure the entropy change, to reflect the system runs orderly. This paper found that regional human resources supply sys- tem is a dissipative structure, its orderly development can be reflected by ＂associated entropy＂ and ＂run entropy＂. Using the human resources supply related data analysis from the Liaoning province, it is found： after the financial crisis, with the advance of economic development, human resource supply order was gradually improved.
