变电站监控系统信息优化管理的实践

摘　　要：随着电网的发展,变电站采集信息量与日俱增,信息监控面也在不断扩大。由于目前信息的不统一、不规范为快速获取设备信息造成了极大困难,阻碍了监控模式由经验型向智能化判断的深入实施,给"大运行"体系"调控一体化"建设制造了屏障。依据《地区电网变电站自动化系统信息规范》规定,变电站监控信息应在信息数据量与对变电站可靠监控中找准平衡点,使规范电网监控信息,对电网运行的监控和故障分析提供可靠的数据支持。通过变电站监控信息现状的原因分析,提出了信息优化方案。该规范管理经实际实施后,取得了良好的效果。With the development of power grid, the collecting information of substation increases day by day and the information monitoring expands gradually. But current, the un-unified information, un-regulation causes difficulties for gaining equipment information fastly and also impedes the monitoring mode from experience to intelligent, which makes difficulties for construction of monitor and control in one system of the large operation mode. According to the Region Power Substation Automation System Information Specification, the power substation monitoring information should find the balance point between information data quantity and reliable monitoring of substation, which regulates the monitoring information of power grid and provides the reliable data support for power grid operation monitoring and fault analysis. Through the analysis of substation monitoring information mentioned above, proposes the information optimization scheme. This regulation management gains good effect after put into practice.
