煤矿井下单轨吊机车辅助运输系统的应用

摘　　要：针对目前矿井普遍采用的轨道大绞车和顺槽小调度绞车以及无极绳绞车运输为主的地轨运输系统,指出该系统的主要缺陷是在使用中由于巷道底板的复杂性会严重制约其运输效率。通过柴油机单轨吊机车运输系统的应用,简要介绍该新型运输设备——单轨吊的技术特点及应用情况。采用单轨吊机车辅助运输系统代替绞车运输,实现了运输安全,提高了运输效率。On account of the current common rail transmission systems including big rail locomotive, small dispatching locomotive and endless rope winch, points out that the main disadvantages of this system is that the complexity of tunnel plate seriously restrains the transport efficiency. Through the application of monorail locomotive transportation system, briefly introduces this new equipment： the technology features and application situation of monorail locomotive. The winch transportation is being instead of monorail locomotive auxiliary transporting system, which realizes the safe transport and improves the efficiency.
