摘　　要：分析了目前螺杆式空气压缩机的控制系统存在的问题,如油质混杂、控制系统无监控报警功能,温度控制元件失效后控制系统仍然可以正常工作。通过分析事故案例,提出空气压缩机的安全使用防范措施,建议应从机电一体化向智能化方向发展,提高空气压缩机的工作性能。Analyzes the problems in the control system of screw air compressor by applmatlon, sucn as m^xmre oi different oil; do not have monitor and alarm functions of control system; the control system still operate normal when the temperature units failure. Through the analyzes of accident examples, proposes the safe precaution measures of air compressor. Provides the suggestion that develops from the mechanical and electrical side to intelligent side and improves the performance of air compressor.
