摘　　要：提升大学生就业能力是解决目前大学生就业问题的根本途径。通过查阅国内外文献,对高校毕业生和用人单位进行就业能力调研,确认大学生就业能力的构成要素,研究其与社会需求间的差异,并提出改进建议,对高校推行教育教学改革和大学生加强自身就业能力具有一定的指导意义。Promoting the employment ability is the fundamental way to solve the employment problem of college students at present. Based on the review of domestic and foreign literature, this paper investigates emplayment ability among college graduates and employers, confirms the composition of employment ability of college students, studies the social demand and difference, and then puts forward opinions and suggestions, which have certain guiding significance to the reform and college education teaching in Colleges and universities to strengthen their own employment ability.
