摘  要:背景异氟烷为临床上应用甚为广泛的吸入麻醉药,研究发现异氟烷在中枢神经系统的作用靶点广泛分布于脊髓、脑干、间脑和皮层。且异氟烷预处理可对中枢神经系统产生保护作用。目的阐述异氟烷预处理对中枢神经系统产生保护作用及其可能的机制以及相对于其他吸人药物的特点,为临床应用和基础研究提供参考。内容对异氟烷预处理对大脑及脊髓的保护作用及其机制进行综述,同时对异氟烷所产生保护作用与其他吸入麻醉药进行对比。趋向异氟烷预处理的临床应用已日趋广泛,深入研究其对脑和脊髓的保护作用,将为中枢神经系统功能的保护提供参考。Background Isoflurane is a widely used inhalational anesthetic in clinic. The action targets of isoflurane widely exist in the central nervous system, such as the spinal cord, brain stem, diencephalon and eortex.Isoflurane precondition can provide protection for the central nervous system. Objective To review the protective effect and possible mechanisms of the isoflurane preconditioning on central nervous system, and the characteristics compared to other inhalation drugs.Thus to provide a reference for future clinical applications and basic research. Content The protective effect and mechanisms of the isoflurane preconditioning on the brain and spinal cord were reviewed, and the protective effect of Isoflurane was compared with that of other inhalational anesthetics. Trend Isoflurane preconditioning has been widely used in clinic. Further Study of the protective effect of isoflurae precondition on brain and spinal, might provide the reference for the protection of the central nervous system.
