摘　　要：随着社会的转型及国家中专招生政策的调整,学生的素质相较以前日益凸显出明显层次化,并由此引发了系列的管理问题,为提高学生管理工作水平,笔者着重分析了学生在校期间作为被管理对象时所衍生诸多问题发生的原因,并结合自身工作实际试着从多种角度探求解决方法。along with the transformation of social and national technical secondary school admissions policy adjustments, student＇s quality than before day by day highlights the hierarchical obviously, and thus triggered a series of management problems, to improve the level of student management work, the author emphatically analyses the students during the period of school as a managed object causes were derived by many problems, and combined with their actual work tried to find the solution from multiple angles.
