两类中药方对消化性溃疡患者热休克蛋白70及瘦素表达的影响比较

摘　　要：目的 观察健脾温中和疏肝理气类中药对消化性溃疡（PU））患者热休克蛋白70（HSP70）及瘦素（Leptin）表达的影响.方法 2011年10月～2013年4月武装警察部队湖北省总队医院41例活动期并幽门螺杆菌（HP）阳性患者,脾胃虚寒型（对照组）19例与肝胃气滞型（治疗组）22例,均在西药基础上分别加用健脾温中和疏肝理气汤剂,6周后行胃镜及HP复查;以酶联免疫吸附分析方法（ELISA）对患者血清HSP70及Leptin进行检测.结果 HP根除率、胃镜疗效,两组比较,差异无统计学意义（P＞ 0.05）;HSP70及Leptin含量,治疗前两组比较,差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）;治疗后,HSP70含量对照组增加显著高于治疗组（t=3.531,P＜ 0.01）,Leptin含量治疗组提高明显高于对照组（t=2.487,P＜0.05）.结论 健脾温中和疏肝理气类中药对消化性溃疡患者血清HSP70及Leptin表达促进作用存在强度区别,西医医师应重视中药的对证作用.Objective To observe the expression influence of heat shock protein 70 （HSP70） and Leptin on patients with peptic ulcer （PU） treated by traditional spleen-nourishing middle-warming and soothing liver regulating qi prescription.Methods 41 patients with Helicobacter pylori （HP） positive in active stage in Hubei Provincial Corps Hospital of Chinese People＇s Armed Police Forces from October 2011 to April 2013,were divided into two groups,of which there were 19 cases with deficiency cold of spleen and stomach （control group）,22 cases with qi-stagnation of liver and stomach （treatment group）.The two groups were treated respectively by spleen-nourishing middle-warming and soothing liver regulating qi decoction while using western medicine,reexamination of gastroscope and HP were taken after 6 weeks.The HSP70 and Leptin content in serum were tested by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay （ELISA）.Results The HP eradication rat and gastroscopic curative effect were not significantly different between control group and treatment group （P ＞ 0.05）.The HSP70 and Leptin content were no significant differences between control group and treatment group before treatment （P ＞ 0.05） after treatment,the content of HSP70 in control group was significantly higher than that in the treatment group （t=3.531,P ＜ 0.01）,the content of Leptin improved was much higher in treatment group than that in control group （t=2.487,P ＜ 0.05）.Conclusion There are intensive difference on expression of HSP70 and Leptin in serum of patients with peptic ulcer treated by traditional spleen-nourishing middle-warming and soothing liver regulating qi prescription,the medicine physicians should attach much weight to the consistence of TCM syndrome type and Chinese herbal medicine prescription.
