摘  要:论述北京中山音乐堂改扩建工程整体基础托换和地下加层设计施工技术。该工程采用“两桩托一柱”法的结构传力转换体系,实现整体基础托换,并最终达到了增加地下室,利用地下空间的目的。施工中采用机械钻孔化学生根钢筋、分段托换和开挖地下室以保证整体稳定的措施,避免了基础整体托换和地下加层过程中出现不安全因素。该工程的实践为开发城市地下空间资源、进行城市建筑改造开辟了一条新途径,可供有关工程参考。This paper gives a presentation of the design and construction technique in the reform work of Beijing Zhongshan Music Hall with the addition of a basement and the change of the supporting system of foundation. The project has adopted the method of using'two piles to support a column' as a system of load transfer of the foundation and for the creation of more space to the underground basement. During the construction, by using mechanical drilling of holes, chemical binding of reinforcements, transferring the supports through sections to guarantee the integral stability of the supports for the excavation of the basement so as to avoid the possible unsafety in foundation supports and the increase of underground basement area. The realization of this project has paved a new way for the development of underground space resource for the reform of urban construction.
