变应性鼻炎中医常见体质的多相人格调查初探  

Brief Discussion of the Multiphase Personality Investigation on Common Constitutions of Allergic Rhinitis in Traditional Chinese Medicine

摘　　要：目的探讨变应性鼻炎常见体质的不同心理特征。方法将330例门诊患者运用中医体质理论分析,发现气虚质、阳虚质和特禀质是其主要中医体质,三组病例通过筛选共236例入选,最终有182例病例通过了明尼苏达多相人格调查表分析。结果常见体质中的气虚质和阳虚质与抑郁症、精神衰弱以及社会内向呈正相关,而且阳虚质和疑病症呈正相关,特禀质和癔症、轻躁狂症呈正相关,与社会内向呈负相关。结论常见体质的变应性鼻炎患者心理问题有所偏差。气虚质要重视患者的内向型性格及抑郁症的倾向,阳虚质除此之外还要注意有无疑病症的表现,而对于特禀质一定要注意癔症及躁狂症的倾向。Objective To discuss the different psychological characters of the common constitutions in allergic rhinitis. Methods Three hundred and thirty outpatients were discovered as qi deficiency constitu- tion, yang deficiency constitution and special constitution in the constitution theory analysis of traditional Chi- nese medicine. Totally, 236 cases were screened from the three groups. Finally, 182 cases passed the analysis with Minnesota Multiphasic Personality Inventory （MMPI）. Results Of the common constitutions, qi defi- ciency constitution and yang deficiency constitution were positively correlated with depression, psychanesthe- sia and social introversion;yang deficiency constitution was positive correlated with hypochondriasis; special constitution was correlated with hysteria and mild mania, and was negatively correlated with social introver- sion. Conclusion There are some biases of psychological problems in terms of common constitutions for the patients of allergic rhinitis. The potential introversion personality and depression should be emphasized in the patients of qi deficiency constitution. For those of yang deficiency constitution, the manifestations of hypoehon- driasis should be considered specifically. For those of special constitution, the attention to the potential signs of hysteria and mania must be paid.
