手术部位感染相关因素分析

摘　　要：目的通过对手术患者手术部位感染情况的监测，寻找可能造成感染的相关因素，以期采取有效措施控制感染，降低手术部位感染率。方法查看手术患者病程记录及手术相关危险因素记录，填写《外科手术患者切口感染调查表》；了解患者全身情况及手术部位情况。结果2011年7月1日～2012年6月30日住院患者中，10例发生手术部位感染（SSI）。其中，清洁切口手术感染率0．37％、清洁一污染切口手术感染率0．40％、污染切口手术感染率4．88％、感染切口手术感染率7．14％。污染切口手术感染率与感染切口手术感染率比较，差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05）。结论SSI的发生与手术切口类型、手术危险指数等危险因素有关。降低SSI的发生率，不仅要评估患者自身的危险因素，还应提高医生对手术患者情况和特点的认识。Objective To search for the potential correlative factors of infection by monitoring the infectious condition of surgical site in patients so as to adopt the effective measures for controlling infection and reducing the infection rate of surgical site. Methods The records on medical history and surgical correl- ative risk factors in surgical patients were checked. The investigation form of incision infection in surgical pa- tient was filled up. The general situation and surgical site were analyzed. Results Among the inpatients from July 1,2011 to June 30,2012, there were 10 cases of surgical site infection （SSI）. Of those cases, the surgical infection rate of cleaning incision was 0.37% , that of cleaning contaminating incision was 0.40% , that of contaminating incision was 4.88% and that of infection incision was 7.14%. The infection rate of contamina- ting incision was not different statistically as compared with that of infection incision（ P 〉 0.05 ）. Conclusion The occurrence of SSI is related to the risk factors such as types of surgical incision and surgical risk in- dex. Reducing SSI morbidity benefits not only the evaluation of risk factors in patients themselves, but also the improvements of the recognition of doctors on the situation and character of surgical patients.
