摘　　要：目的了解高职院校大学生结核病的患病情况,为制定学校结核病防控措施提供科学依据。方法对某高职院校在校大学生2007-2012年结核病发病资料进行回顾性分析。结果近6年发现结核病62例,年平均发病率为108.9×10-5;新生入学体检时发现结核病42例,结核病年平均检出率231.2×10-5,二者差异有统计学意义(χ2=14.891,P<0.05)。来自农村学生的结核病例占总病例数的75.8%,新生体检发现的结核病占患病学生的67.7%。结论大学生是结核病的高危人群。把好新生入学体检关,强化对患结核病学生的治疗监管,加强在校学生,尤其是来自农村学生的结核病防治知识的健康教育,是控制结核病的重要措施。Objective To understand the state of tuberculosis among the students of vocational colleges so as to provide a scientific basis for the formulation of the preventive and control measures for tuberculosis in colleges. Method To conduct a retrospective study of the data of tuberculosis attacks among students enrolled in certain vocational college from 2007 to 2012. Results A number of 62 cases of tuberculosis were discovered in the 6 years with an average annual ratio of tuberculosis attack at 108.9 × 10^-5. Discoveries made through medical ex- amination for new students yielded a number of 42 cases with an average annual examination ratio of tuberculo- sis at 231.2× 10^-5 The differences of the two ratios were statistically significant （χ2 = 14.891, P〈0.05）. The number of cases of tuberculosis found in students from rural areas accounted for 75.8% of all the cases, while the number of cases discovered at the medical examinations of new students made up 67.7% of the total num- ber. Conclusion College students are a high-risk group for tuberculosis. Checking on strictly new students en- tering colleges, enhancing the treatment and monitoring of students with tuberculosis, and strengthening health education on the knowledge of tuberculosis prevention and treatment for students, especially those from the rural areas are important measures for the control of tuberculosis.
