摘  要:针对生产物流数据量庞大导致车间物流管理困难的问题,研究了生产物流数据采集以及从海量物流数据中提取在制品物流状态信息的方法。采用无线射频识别技术采集物流原始数据,将其转化为物流事件;构建三个物流矩阵,按照数据输入规则将物流事件数据载入三个物流矩阵;通过分析三个物流矩阵中元素的值,获取在制品物流状态信息;对物料与工位的物流状态进行诊断,判断车间物流状态是否异常。最后,给出所提原理和方法的应用实例,以指导企业在实际生产过程中的实施与运用,同时也验证了方法的可行性。To overcome the difficulty of workshop logistics management caused by large production logistics data, the new methods for collecting the production logistics data and extracting logistics status information of workin process from large production logistics data were proposed. Logistics raw data was gathered by using Radio Fre quency IDentification (RFID) technology and was transformed to the logistics event. After constructing three logis tics matrixes, the logistics event data was input to these matrixes according to the data entry rules. The logistics status information of workinprocess was acquired by analyzing the element value in the three logistics matrixes. Besides, the healthy status of the workshop logistics could be judged by diagnosing the logistics status of stations and materials. The application case for proposed principles and methods was presented to not only guide and assist manufacturing enterprises to utilize the methods better, but also verify the feasibility of the methods.
