负压封闭引流技术在肢体皮肤严重撕脱伤回植术中的应用效果观察

摘　　要：目的探讨负压封闭引流技术（VSD）在肢体皮肤严重撕脱伤回植术中的应用效果。方法随机选取本院2008年1月～2013年6月收治的100例肢体皮肤严重撕脱伤患者，将患者随机分成观察组和对照组，观察组患者60例，采用VSD行撕脱皮肤回植治疗，对照组患者40例，进行常规清创、换药以及Ⅱ期植皮术治疗。观察两组患者治疗的效果以及并发症的发生情况。结果观察组患者的伤口愈合时间、换药次数以及住院天数等均显著低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论在肢体皮肤严重撕脱伤回植术中联合应用VSD能够取得较好的治疗效果，值得在临床推广应用。Objective To discuss the application effect of vacuum sealing drainage （VSD） in replantation of severe skin avulsion in extremities. Methods 100 patients with severe skin avulsion in extremities from January 2008 to June 2013 were randomly selected in our department.They were divided into observation group and control group in random.In the observation group （n=60）,patients were treated by VSD for replanting avulscd skin,while in the control group （n=40）,the regular debridement,dressing change,and stage- Ⅱ skin grafting were performed.The efficacy and complications in both groups were observed. Results The time of wound healing,frequency of dressing change,and hospital stay in observation group were all remarkably lower than those in the control group with statistical differences （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Application of VSD in replantation of severe skin avulsion in extremities can obtain a good therapeutic effect,which is worthy of expansion in clinic.
