摘　　要：目的探讨血清总胆汁酸(TBA)的临床检测价值。方法研究对象为本院接诊的63例肝病患者,检测其TBA、丙氨酸氨基转移酶(ALT)、天冬氨酸氨基转移酶(AST)、谷酰转肽酶(GGT)、总胆红素(TBiL)水平。结果急性肝炎、慢性肝炎、肝硬化及胆汁淤积综合征患者TBA的异常率均明显高于其他生化指标如ALT、AST、GGT、TBiL等(P<0.05)。结论血清TBA作为一类敏感的肝生化指标,对于病情及疗效的评估具重要的指导意义。Objective To investigate the Clinical test value of serum total bile acid （TBA）. Methods 63 patients with liver diseases treated in our hospital were selected as research objects,and the levels of TBA,alanine transaminasc （ALT）,＇aspartatc transaminase （AST）,gamma-glutamyl transpeptidase （GGT） and total bilirubin （TBiL） were measured. Results The TBA abnormal rate of acute hepatitis,chronic hepatitis,cirrhosis,cholestasis syndrome were all significantly higher than other biochemical parameters including ALT,AST,GGT and TBiL （P〈0.05）. Conclusion As a class of sensi tire liver biochemical parameters,serum TBA has important guiding significance for the assessment of condition and curative effect.
