胰岛素泵输注门冬胰岛素注射液强化治疗2型糖尿病的临床效果观察

摘　　要：目的探讨胰岛素泵输注门冬胰岛素注射液强化治疗2型糖尿病的方法及临床效果。方法在自愿情况下,将本院收治的2型糖尿病患者68例,随机分为实验组与对照组,每组各34例。实验组采用胰岛素泵输注门冬胰岛素注射液强化治疗,对照组采用多次皮下注射胰岛素治疗,观察并比较两组的临床疗效。结果实验组的血糖达标时间为(5.12±1.12)d,短于对照组的(8.56±2.32)d,住院时间为(9.04±1.63)d,短于对照组的(12.12±2.72)d,胰岛素用量为(44.51±2.57)U/d,少于对照组的(52.38±4.67)U/d(P<0.05);两组的FPG、PPG比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论胰岛素泵输注门冬胰岛素注射液强化治疗2型糖尿病其起效快且胰岛素用量较少,住院时间较短,该方法可行且临床疗效显著。Objective To explore the methods and clinical effect of intensive treatment of insulin aspart injection infused by insulin pump treating type 2 diabetes. Methods In the case of voluntary,68 patients with type ：2 diabetes admitted and treated in our hospital were randomly divided into the experimental group （n=34） and the control group （n= 34）.The experimental group was given intensive treatment of insulin aspart injection infused by insulin pump while the control group was treated with multiple subcutaneous injections of insulin.The clinical efficacy between the two groups was observed and compared. Results The time of blood glucose reaching the standard in the experimental group [（5.12±1.12）d] was shorter than that in the control group [（8.56±2.32）all,the hospital stay in the experimental group [ （9.04± 1.63 ） d] was shorter than that in the control group [ （12.12±2.72） d],the dosage of insulin in the the experimental group [（44.51±2.57）U/d] was fewer than that in the eontrol group [（52.38±4.67）U/d] （P〈0.05）;FPG,PPG in the two groups were compared and there was no statistieal difference （P〉0.05）. Conclusion Intensive treatment with insulin aspart infused by insulin pump is feasible and effective treating type 2 diabetes with faster clinical efficacy,fewer dosage of insulin and shorter hospital stay.
