中药松土方预防中期妊娠引产并发症的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察中药松土方预防中期妊娠引产并发症的临床效果。方法选择中期妊娠引产病例79例,随机分为观察组41例,对照组38例;对照组只常规进行羊膜腔注射依沙吖啶引产术,观察组在注射依沙吖啶后,给予口服松土方;观察两组引产效果,如应用药物后排胎时间、引产时胎盘胎膜残留或粘连率、产后2 h出血量、软产道损伤情况、产褥感染情况等。结果两组病例在出现规则宫缩时间、胎儿及附属物娩出时间、引产成功率、产后2 h出血量>150 ml发生率、胎盘胎膜残留或粘连率、刮宫率等方面比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组病例均无发生软产道损伤及产褥感染情况。结论中期妊娠引产前口服松土方可缩短分娩时间,提高引产成功率,减少出血量,降低胎盘胎膜残留或粘连率及刮宫率,且简单、易行、依从性好,值得临床推广应用。Objective To observe the clinical effect of Chinese medicine songtu prescription for the prevention of complication caused by the induction of labor in midpregnancy. Methods 79 cases of induction of labor in midpregnancy were selected and randomly divided into observation group （41 cases） and in control group （38 cases）;the control group was routinely performed the induction of labor by amniotic cavity injection of？.ethacridine,while in the observation group,patients were given orally Chinese medicine songtu prescription after？the injection of？.ethacridine;the effects of induction of labor,fetus discharging time？after the application of drug,the times of intrapartum placenta and fetal membrane residues,the success rate of induced labor,the incidence of the postpartum hemorrhage after 2 hours（〉150 ml）,sofl birth canal injury and puerperal infection were observed. Results The occurrence time of regular uterine contractions, delivery time of fetus and appendages,the successful rate of induced labor,the incidence of 2 hours postpartum hemor- rhage more than 150 ml,placental and fetal membrane residual or adhesion rate and curettage rate were all compared between the two groups,the differences were all statistically significant（P〈0.05）,neither of the groups had soft birth canal injury or puerperal infection. Conclusion Taking orally Chinese medicine songtu prescription before the induction of labor in midpregnancy can shorten the delivery time,improve the successful rate of induced labor,reduce the amount of bleeding,reduce the placental and fetal membrane residual or adhesion rate and the curettage rate,and it＇s simple,easy and with good compliance,thus it is worthy of clinical popularization and application.
