肾炎宁治疗非肾病综合征IgA肾病的临床效果观察

摘　　要：目的探讨应用肾炎宁治疗非肾病综合征IgA肾病的临床效果。方法选取本院2010～2012年收治的IgA肾病患者80例，将所有患者随机分为观察组和对照组，对照组给予常规西医治疗，观察组在常规西医治疗的基础上加用。肾炎宁治疗，并对两组疗效进行比较。结果治疗6个月后，观察组的尿红细胞数、尿蛋白定量、Alb及GFR指标均明显优于对照组，且差异均有统计学意义（P〈0．05）；观察组的总有效率为90．0％，明显高于对照组的70．0％（P〈0．05）。结论在常规治疗的基础上，加用中药方剂肾炎宁可明显提高治疗IgA肾病的效果，显著改善患者的临床症状，值得临床推广。Objective To observe the clinical effect of Chinese medicinal formulae of shenyanning in treatment of nonnephrotic syndrome IgA nephropathy. Methods 80 cases with IgA nephropathy treated in our hospital from 2010 to 2012 were selected and divided into the observation group and the control group.The control group received conven- tional western medicine treatment,and the observation group was treated with Chinese medicinal formulae of shenyan- ning based on the conventional western medicine treatment.The efficacy of the two groups were compared. Results 6 months after the treatment,the number of urine red cells,urine protein quantitation,index of GFR and Alb in the observation group were evidently superior to those of the control group,and the differences were all statistically significant（P〈 O.05）.The total effective rate of the observation group was 90.0%,which was evidently higher than that of the control group（70.0%）（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Based on the conventional treatment,add in Chinese medicinal formulae of shenyanning in treatment of IgA nephropathy can evidently improve the efficacy and improve the clinical symptoms of patients, which is worthy of clinical promotion.
