摘　　要：目的探讨中西医结合护理在脑卒中致失语症患者中的应用效果。方法对37例脑卒中致失语症患者实施中西医护理,采用改良波士顿诊断性失语症检查法评价护理效果。结果所有患者中33例好转,总有效率为89.19%。结论采用中西医结合护理对脑卒中致失语症患者尽早恢复言语交流能力有良好的促进作用。Objective To discuss application effect of traditional Chinese medicine combined with western medicine nursing care in patient with stroke-induced aphasia.Methods Traditional Chinese medicine combined with western medicine nursing care was used in 37 cases of patients with stroke-induced aphasia,and nursing effect was evaluated according to the modified Boston diagnostic aphasia examination method.Results In all patients,33 cases get better,the total effective rate was 89.19%.Conclusion Traditional Chinese medicine combined with western medicine nursing care has good role in promoting to early recovery of verbal communication skill in patient with stroke-induced aphasia.
