摘 要:研究了金属铝在冰晶石 氧化铝熔液中的溶解现象 ,并通过实验测得铝在通电和不通电两种状态下的溶解度·实验结果表明在通电时铝在冰晶石 氧化铝熔液中的溶解度明显减小 ,认为这是阴极极化所产生的保护作用所致·A study was carried out to investigate the solubility of aluminium in molten cryolite alumina which is important in aluminium production. The solubility of aluminium was measurated at about 950?℃ and the molten electrolyte consists of Na 3AlF 6(molar ratio=2 15),Al 2O 3(2 83 mass%) and CaF 6(2 83 mass%). In condition of no energizing,the solubility of aluminium was found out about 0 117%. In condition of faint DC(12 5?mA),the solubility of aluminium drops to only about 0 095%. It was found that the solubility decreases significantly by addition of faint DC because of the protection effect of cathode polarizing. The phenomena that the concentration of aluminium is so low(<0 007%)in industry can be explained by present study.
