摘 要:采用Bi Pb Sn低熔点合金和硅油分别模拟钢液和保护渣 ,在实验连铸机上 ,对全幅双条恒稳磁场作用下的连铸结晶器水口区域的流场进行了热模拟实验研究·结果表明 :电磁场对结晶器水口区域流场和水口出流流股的控制能力取决于磁感应强度和拉坯速度·磁感应强度大 ,拉坯速度高 ,控制效果好 ;反之 ,控制效果差·因此 ,结晶器流动控制技术更适合于高拉速的场合 。A thermo simulation experiment was carried out on a experimental continuous caster in laboratory to study the effects of the control flow fields in region of submerged entry nozzle(SEN). Low melting point Bi Pb Sn alloy and silicon oil were adopted to simulate the molten steel and the mold powder respectively. The results show that the ability of the electromagnetic fields to control the flow state of the molten metal and to suppress the jet flow velocity is dependent on the magnetic flux density of the magnetic fields and the continuous casting speed. The stronger the magnetic flux density is and the higher the continuous casting speed is, the better the control ability is,and vice versa. So,the flow control in the mold should be used only in the condition of high continuous casting speed.Meanwhile,the magnetic flux density should also be more than a certain value.
