摘　　要：创新商品的研发过程实际是研发劳动的价值创造过程,同时也是研发劳动对资本控制的抵抗过程,这种抵抗的有效性来自研发劳动自身的探索性和创造性特点,也来自研发人员掌握的知识技能。作为这个过程的结果是超额价值的出现,超额价值分为超额必要价值和超额剩余价值两个部分。The research and development process of innovation products are actually the value creation process of research and development work, as well as the resistance process to the capital control of research and development, the effectiveness of the resistance comes from the exploratory and creative characteristics of labor itself, also comes from knowledge and skills grasped by research and development staff. As a result of this process is the presence of the excess value, excess value can be divided into the excess necessary value and excess surplus value of two parts.
