摘  要:以自制的新型含氟单体N-丙基全氟己基磺酰胺基乙基丙烯酸酯为原料,与丙烯酸十八酯、丙烯酸-2-羟乙酯进行乳液聚合,制备了全氟短碳链拒水拒油整理剂。研究整理剂中含氟丙烯酸酯单体含量、整理剂浓度、焙烘温度和焙烘时间对棉织物拒水拒油效果的影响。优化的整理工艺为:整理剂中含氟丙烯酸酯单体摩尔分数60%,整理剂质量分数6%,焙烘温度160℃,焙烘时间120 s。经该工艺整理后的织物具有良好的拒水拒油效果,对水的接触角可达138.5°,对液体石蜡的接触角达到126.8°,对正十四烷的接触角也能达到105.8°,且耐洗性优良。Perfluorinated water- and oil-repellent having short carbon chain is prepared by the emulsion polymerization with octa decyl acrylate, 2-ethoxyl acrylate and self-made fluorinated monomer 2- N-propyl perfluorohexyl sulfonamido) ethyl acrylateby as raw materials. The influence of the mole fraction of fluorinated acrylate monomer, the mass fraction of finishing agent, cu- ring temperature and time on water and oil-repellency of cotton fabric are discussed. The optimum finishing process is 60% fluorinated acrylate monomer, 6% finishing agent, curing at 160 ℃; for 120 s. The finished fabric has excellent water- and oil-re- pellency with contact angles up to 138.5%, 126.8% and 105.8% to water, liquid paraffin and n-tetradecane respectively, and good washing durability.
