新世纪台湾两大政党文艺政策剖析

摘　　要：新世纪民进党"去中国化"的文艺政策和国民党不再"以党领政"的文艺政策,尽管在具体政策的走向上南辕北辙,但就希望文艺为巩固政权尤其是为选举服务、政策不是以文件形式下达这两点来说,是相同的。文学年鉴的编篡是文艺政策的隐性体现,成为各政党"争夺"的舆论阵地。这些不同色彩的年鉴见证了台湾文学的发展变化,并留下了丰富的史料,为后人研究台湾文学打下了丰厚的基础。The Taiwan independence literary and artistic policies analysis of the Democratic Pro- gressive Party and governing politics through the Party of the Kuomintang in new century reverse the directions. But it is the same for the hope on literary and artistic policies should be serviced for politi- cal power, especially for the elections, including policy is not issued in document form. The codifica- tion of literary yearbook reflect the literary policy is recessive, and became the public opinion compete among the political parties. These different colors yearbook witnessed the development of Taiwan lit- erature, and left a rich historical data for future generations of Taiwan literature. There are huge foundation for the Taiwan Residents literature researcher.
