摘　　要：实施"高等学校创新能力提升计划"的目标主要是通过发挥高等学校多学科、多功能优势,联合国内外创新力量,整合创新资源,构建协同创新的新模式与新机制,推动知识创新、技术创新、区域创新的战略融合,支撑国家创新体系建设。河南理工大学作为煤炭高校,积极贯彻和落实"高等学校创新能力提升计划",加强产学研合作,着力推动行业高校科技创新,在学科建设、团队凝聚、知识创新等方面取得了重大突破,有力地支撑了行业和区域经济社会的发展,也为学校的进一步发展奠定了良好的基础。Through playing in higher school multidisciplinary, multifunctional advantages, the ＂2011 Plan＂ will construct the new mode and new mechanism of collaborative innovation, promote the integration of knowledge innovation, technological innovation, regional innovation, and national innovation system. Henan Polytechnic University as a coal University, actively carries out and implement the ＂2011 Plan＂ to promote the innovation ability of higher school in the discipline construction, team cohesion, knowledge innovation which has supported the development of the industry and the regional economy and society, and laid a good foundation for the further development of the university.
