鼻内镜下手术治疗鼻腔鼻窦内翻性乳头状瘤的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨鼻内镜手术治疗鼻腔鼻窦内翻性乳头状瘤的临床疗效。方法 70例鼻腔鼻窦内翻性乳头状瘤患者在鼻内镜下行单纯切除或经柯-陆径路于骨膜下分离切除肿瘤,创面用电刀烧灼处理,术后使用抗生素1周预防感染。结果 70例患者术后随访6个月以上,其中Ⅰ级、Ⅱ级患者治愈64例(90%);Ⅲ级患者复发6例(10%),经再次鼻内镜下手术彻底清除病灶后治愈。结论鼻内镜下治疗鼻腔鼻窦内翻性乳头状瘤创伤小,疗效好,有效预防术后复发;可作为治疗鼻腔鼻窦内翻性乳头状瘤的首选手术方式。ObjectiveTo investigate the clinical efficacy of nasal endoscopic operation for treatment of nasal inverted papilloma.Methods70 cases of sinonasal inverted papilloma were resected with simple procedure; some via Caldwell Lucapproach to separate the fumor from subperiostum and the wound were cauterized with electric knife. After operation antibiotics were uesd for preventing infectiom for one week.Results70 papients were followed up for more than six months, 64 cases of grade Ⅰ、 Ⅱ were cured（90%）; 6 relapsed （10%） then were given revise nasal endoscopic operation and got cured after debridement.ConclusionEndoscopic surgery used for treating nasal inverted papilloma has the advantages of little trauma, good curative rates and effedtive prevention of recurrance, so can be used as the preferred treafment method for sinonasal inverted papilloma.
