气态悬浮焙烧炉电收尘器的改造

摘　　要：通过对山西铝厂 3号焙烧炉电收尘与 2号焙烧炉电收尘的比较 ,分析了 3号炉收尘效率差的原因。同时 ,根据多依奇电收尘效率η的计算原理 ,提出对 3号炉电收尘器的极板和极线进行全面改造 ,解决因极板、极线变形。By comparing the electric dust collecter in No 3 roaster of Gaseous state suspension with that in No.2,the cause of dust collecting deficiency in No.3 roaster is analyzed.Based on the calculating principles of the efficiency in electric dust collecting,the thorough reform of the plate and circuit in No.3 roaster electric dust collector is put forward to settle the problems caused by the deform of plate and circuit,the poor equipment of dust clearing and the poor capacity of dust collecting.
