摘 要:对西藏墨竹工卡邦铺钼铜矿石进行高压辊磨和传统破碎,然后对2种产品进行Bond球磨功指数的试验,研究磨矿细度对高压辊磨产品和传统破碎产品Bond球磨功指数的影响,应用MATLAB建立邦铺钼铜矿石高压辊磨产品Bond球磨功指数计算的图形用户界面。研究结果表明:高压辊磨产品较传统破碎产品的Bond球磨功指数低,与传统碎磨产品相比,高压辊磨产品在磨矿细度(粒径小于0.074 mm的矿石质量分数)小于60%时的节能效果更明显;图形用户界面的设计可以方便地计算高压辊磨产品的Bond球磨功指数和要求达到任何磨矿细度时的Bond球磨功指数,精确度高。Molybdenum-Copper ore from Bangpu, Mozhugongka County, Tibet was crushed by high pressure grinding rolls (HPGR) and jaw crusher and the Bond work indexes of ball mill by different crushing manners at different target particle sizes were measured, and the influence of grinding fineness on the work indexes of ball mill by different crushing manners was studied, and the graphical user interface of Bond work index of ball mill of Bangpu Mo-Cu Ore by high pressure grinding rolls was established. The results show that, the work indexes of ball mill by HPGR are lower than that by Jaw Crusher. It can be forecast that energy saving of the crushed product by HPGR is more obvious than that by Jaw Crusher when the grinding fineness (mass fraction of ore with grain size of less than 0.074 mm) is less than 60%. The designed Graphical User Interface can be very convenient and precise for calculating the Bond work index of ball mill of Bangpu Mo-Cu ore Crushed by HPGR and any grinding fineness the Bond work index of ball mill requires.
