摘  要:为了研究冰浆存储过程冰晶粒径演化机理及规律,引入群体平衡模型,对冰浆存储过程中冰晶粒径分布及演化进行数值模拟;通过Matlab自编程序,采用分区法对群体平衡方程进行直接离散求解,并分析破碎作用与团聚作用对冰晶粒径概率密度及冰晶平均粒径的影响。研究结果表明:破碎与团聚是冰浆存储过程中冰晶粒径演化的两个重要作用,两者对冰晶粒径的"作用方向"相反,且破碎与团聚经历从最初的破碎与团聚"均衡作用"发展成团聚"主导"的过程;在冰晶存储过程中冰晶平均粒径不断长大,即从初始时刻的300μm到22 h后的392μm;数值模拟结果与实验结果基本吻合,冰晶平均粒径相对误差在5%以内。In order to understand the ice crystals evolution mechanism and distribution characteristics during the process of ice slurry storage, the population balance model (PBM) was introduced to make a numerical simulation on the ice particle size distribution and its evolution. Based on the self-developed Matlab program, discretized population balance method was used to discrete and solve the population balance equation (PBE), and the effects of breakage and aggregation on probability of ice particle size distribution and average particle size were analyzed. The results show that both breakage and aggregation have important but opposite effects on the size distribution and evolution of ice particle during storage, and the processes of ice slurry storage include breakage-aggregation in equilibration in the initial phase and aggregation in dominant at last. The average ice particle size continues to grow from 300 μm in the initial phase to 392 μm after 22 h. The results of simulation are in accordance with the experimental results, with the relative errors of average ice particle size between simulations and experiments being less than 5%.
