脑血栓形成病人用精制蝮蛇抗栓酶治疗前后微量元素和体液免疫的变化及临床疗效的观察

摘　　要：用精制蝮蛇抗栓酶 (Svate - 3)治疗了 10 8例急性期脑血栓形成病人 ,治疗前后分别测定病人血清微量元素锌、铜、铬、锰、硒及体液免疫指标IgG ,IgA ,IgM及循环免疫复合物(CIC) ,同时设定对照组观察Svate - 3的临床疗效。观察结果表明 ,治疗组疗效优于对照组。测定结果表明 ,Svate - 3能使脑血栓病人血清Zn增加 (P <0 0 5) ,血清Cu减少 (P <0 0 5) ,Zn/Cu比值增加 (P <0 0 5) ,Svate - 3可使体液免疫IgA增加 (P <0 0 1)。Svate-3 was used to treat 108 cases with acute cerebral thrombosis. Before and after treatment the content of trace elements, including zinc, copper, magnesium and selenium in the patients serum as well as the immune globins of the body fluid, such as IgG,IgA, IgM and circulating immune complex were determined.At the same time, the control group was treated with low molecule dextran.The results showed that the clinical effect of Svate-3 is obviously superior to that of the control group, and Svate-3 was able to increase the patients serum Zn( P <0 05), decrease serum Cu( P <0 05)and elevate Zn/Cu rate( P <0 05). In addition, Svate-3 was able to increase serum IgA( P <0 01).
