儿科病房开展优质护理服务工作的效果观察

摘　　要：目的：探讨在儿科病房开展优质护理服务工作的效果。方法选取2010年9月~2011年11月我院儿科收治的86例患儿，将其随机分为观察组和对照组，每组各43例，对照组采用常规护理措施，观察组在此基础上提供优质护理服务，比较两组患者的满意度以及护理工作质量。结果实施优质服务护理后，观察组和对照组患儿及家属平均满意度为37例（83.7%）和30例（69.8%），两组比较，差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；观察组和对照组护理质量考核平均成绩分别为（92.8±2.5）分和（83.6±4.1）分，两组比较，差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论开展优质护理服务可增强护士服务意识，改善护理服务质量，同时提高患儿及家长的满意度，值得临床推广使用。Objective To evaluat the role of quality care work in the pediatric sickroom. Methods 86 cases with pediatric in our hospital from September 2010 to November 2011 were selected as research object,and they were randomly divided into the observation group and control group,each group had 43 cases.The control group were given ordinary care services,and the observation group were given quality care based on the control group.The satisfaction and quality of care of the two groups were observed. Results The average satisfaction of observation group and control group were 37 cases（83.7%） and 30 cases（69.8%）,there was significant difference between the two groups（P〈 0.05）.Nursing quality assessment average scores of observation group and control group were （92.8±2.5）and （83.6±4.1）,there was significant difference between the two groups（P〈0.05）. Conclusion To carry out quality care can enhance service awareness,improve the quality of care,and raise children and parents＇ satisfaction,thus it can be extensively applied in clinic.
