经鼻内窥镜鼻窦手术治疗慢性鼻窦炎、鼻息肉500例临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探析内窥镜下鼻窦炎手术治疗慢性鼻窦炎、鼻息肉的临床疗效。方法观察500例来我院行鼻内窥镜鼻窦手术治疗慢性鼻窦炎、鼻息肉的患者,对其疗效进行分析。结果 500例患者治愈340例,显效100例,有效40例,无效20例,总有效率为96%。其中术后鼻塞治愈率为79.88%,脓涕缓解率为80.19%,头痛治愈率为92.11%。结论慢性鼻窦炎、鼻息肉经鼻内窥镜鼻窦手术治疗,取得较好疗效。它减轻患者的创伤与痛苦,且具有显效快、复发率低的优点,是一种治疗慢性鼻窦炎、鼻息肉较为彻底的的好方法。Objective To analyze the clinical treatment effect of endoscopic sinus surgery in the treatment of chronic nasosinusitis and nasal polyps. Methods 500 cases with chronic nasosinusitis and nasal polyps underwent endoscopic sinus surgery in our hospital were observed, and its curative effect were analyzed. Results In 500 patients, there were 340 cases with healing, 100 cases with markedly effective, 40 cases with effective, 20 cases with invalid, and the total effective rate was 96%. The healing rate of postoperative nasal congestion was 79.88%, the remission rate of pus stuff was 80.19%, and the healing rate of headache was 92.11%. Conclusion Endoscopic sinus surgery in the treatment with chronic nasosinusitis and nasal polyps obtains the better curative effect. It can lighten the patients with trauma and pain, and has the advantages with the quick effect and low recurrence rate, and is a radical good method for the treatment of chronic nasosinusitis and nasal polyps.
