摘 要:利用壳聚糖上活泼氨基与α酮戊二酸进行Schiff碱反应 ,合成了对金属离子具有特殊螯合作用的生物高分子 .研究了KCTS ,SCTS,CTS对Cu(Ⅱ) ,Zn(Ⅱ) ,Co(Ⅱ)的静态吸附性能 ,结果表明 ,KCTS吸附性能优于SCTS和CTS,对Cu (Ⅱ) ,Zn (Ⅱ) ,Co (Ⅱ)的吸附容量 (pH =7 0 )分别为 2 4 5 89,1 77 63,65 1 7mg g .采用正交试验法考察了金属离子浓度、介质酸度、吸附剂用量、吸附时间等因素对吸附剂去除金属离子能力的影响 ,其中金属离子浓度、介质酸度对吸附性能影响较大 ,而吸附剂用量。Chitosan is modified by α ketoglutaric acid via Schiff base reaction and the resulting product (KCTS) is investigated in relation to its adsorption behavior for metal ions such as Cu (Ⅱ), Zn (Ⅱ), and Co (Ⅱ). The results indicate that the modified chitosan has the highest adsorption capacities in the adsorbents, its adsorption capacities (pH=7 0) for Cu (Ⅱ),Zn (Ⅱ), Co (Ⅱ) are 245 89, 177 63, 65 17 mg/g, respectively. The effects of metal ion concentration, pH, adsorbent dosage and adsorption time on the adsorption behavior are also investigated by orthogonal test method. Adsorption properties are affected more by the variations of metal ion concentration and pH than adsorbent dosage and adsorption time.
