化疗后T细胞亚群变化与乙型肝炎病毒再激活关系研究

摘  要:目的 了解患者化疗后出现乙型肝炎病毒再激活时T细胞亚群CD3+、CD4+、CD8+变化情况.方法 采用流式细胞术检测接受化疗的32例发生乙型肝炎病毒再激活和25例未发生乙型肝炎病毒再激活化疗前后外周血T细胞亚群.结果 化疗后CD3+T细胞、CD4+ T细胞百分比以及CD4+/CD8+较化疗前明显降低(P<0.05),CD8+T细胞百分比较化疗前无明显变化(P>0.05).结论 化疗能对T细胞数量及比例产生明显的影响,抑制细胞免疫功能是导致乙型肝炎病毒再激活的原因之一.Objective To explore the changes ofT lymphocyte subsets CD3+,CD4+,CD8+ in hepatitis B reactivation after chemotherapy.Methods Flow cytometry was used to detect T lymphocyte subsets of 32 patients with hepatitis B reactivation before and after chemotherapy.In addition,25 patients without hepatitis B reactivition were chosen as control group.Results After chemotherapy,the percentage of CD3+ and CD4+ T lymphocytes and the ratio of CD4+/CDs+ were significantly reduced than those before chemotherapy (P 〈 0.05).However,the percentage of CD8+ T lymphocytes was not significantly changed(P 〉 0.05).Conclusion The chemotherapy can change the number and ratio of T lymphocyte subsets,the inhibition of the cellular immune function is one of the reason of hepatitis B virus reactivation.
