摘  要:将阴离子和阳离子表面活性剂复配,在染浴中形成囊泡,在染色过程中实现对染料的缓释,以降低上染速率,提高匀染性;探讨染浴中阴离子和阳离子表面活性剂的复配比例对囊径及染料染色性能的影响。结果表明,染浴中阴、阳离子表面活性剂形成的囊泡能够降低染料的上染速率,且不影响染料最终上染量;当阴离子和阳离子表面活性剂比例为6∶4,总浓度为4×10-3mol/L时,匀染效果最佳。The vesicles are prepared by directly combining cationic surfactant and anionic surfactant in dyeing bath. The slow-re- lease of dye is achieved in dyeing process, which can decrease the initial dyeing rate and improve the levelness. The influence of the proportion of the two surfactants on vesicles'particle size and dyeing properties are studied. The results indicate that the vesicles can not only reduce the dyeing rate, but also do not influence the final dye uptake. When the total concentration of the two surfactants is 4 ×10-3 mol/L and the proportion is 6 : 4, the level dyeing property is the best.
