摘  要:探讨影响涤纶增白剂发色性能的因素,研究加工条件、环境介质及运输储存环境等对增白织物白度的影响。结果表明,增白剂组分不同,发色性能存在一定的差异,使用前应结合实际工艺进行筛选和拼混使用。可提高增白剂发色性能的推荐工艺为:本白增白剂用量0.2—0.6%(omf),色光增白剂用量0.2~0.8%(omf),130℃浸渍增白20~30min。低温(100℃)浸渍宜采用TF-902K、TF-901D增白剂等,并需提高定形温度。染浴中加入去油灵、螯合分散剂,亦可提升增白效果;还应避免Fe3+、光照和酚类物质等对增白剂发色性能的影响。The factors influencing on chromophoric behavior of optical whiteners for polyester fiber are investigated. The effects of processing conditions, environmental media, conveyance and storage conditions on the whiteness of fabrics are studied. The results show that whiteners with diverse constitutions differ in chromophoric performance, and should be screened according to the actual conditions before use. The recommended process to enhance chromophoric performance of whitener is dipping at 130 ℃ for 20 - 30 min with 0.2% -0.6 % (omf) raw white whitener or 0.2% - 0.8 % (omf) shading whitener. The whitener TF-902K and TF-901D can be applied at 100 ℃ in low-temperature dip process, followed by a higher temperature curing process than normal. Additives such as deoiling agent and chelating agent in dye bath also contribute to the whitening resluts. The presence of Fe3+ , lighting and phenolic substances can weaken the chromophoric performance of whitener and thus should be avoided.
