摘 要:匀染性是评价染色质量的重要指标,筒子纱和经轴制备及其染色过程中的许多因素都将影响液流分布,从而影响匀染性。为提高匀染效果,探讨股线加捻和筒子纱卷装密度分布对匀染性的影响;染色经轴末端固定圈及边孔封闭圈的使用对染液轴向流动和液流均匀性的影响;经轴染色时,在低密度织物的外层使用低渗透系数材料包覆对液流分布对称性的影响。结果表明,在股线加捻过程中,通过调节卷绕角和偏转角可提高筒纱的染液渗透性,进而提高匀染性。恒定的络筒张力并不能得到密度均匀的筒纱,而筒纱从内到外卷装密度的降低,则有助于提高匀染性;卷装各层密度变化则对于染色深度有不同影响。染色经轴末端固定圈最佳放置位置为卷装高度的30%,边孔封闭圈比经轴套更有利于提高匀染性;在低密度织物外侧包覆低渗透系数材料可提高液流分布的均匀性。As one of the important dyeing quality evaluation index, levelness is influenced by many factors during the package and beam preparation and dyeing process. In order to improve dyeing levelness, the influence of the twisting process and the package density on the dyeing levelness, the influence of using collars, end caps and outer wrapping on liquor flow in beam dyeing, and the influence of wrapping the lace fabric beam with a less permeable material on liquor flow uniformity in beam dyeing are discussed. The results show that the control of the winding angle and deflection setting increase the liquor speed and improve the levelness. Even winding tension does not produce packages with even density, the decreasing of density from the inner layer to the out layer improves the dyeing levelness, and the influence of density change on the shade depth is different for the yarn in different layers. The placement of 30% of package thickness gives the lower percent flow differences for using collar, however the use of end-caps improves the levelness better than the collar. Wrapping the lace fabric beam with a less permeable material improves the liquor flow uniformity.
