摘　　要：建立了适合于牙轮钻头轴承寿命计算的数学模型 ,从理论上阐述了非标准轴承设计径向游隙控制对轴承寿命影响的重要性 ,轴承的径向游隙越大 ,寿命越短。钻头设计要优化轴承结构参数和径向游隙 。The effect of the radial clearance on the life of roller bearing is described. The larger the radial clearance, the shorter the life of the roller bearing. The life equation, which is suitable for computing the life of the roller bearing in mining tri-cone bit, is established. The designer should consider comprehensively the effect of structure data and radial clearance on the life of the roller bearing, in order to make optimum design.
