HIV seroconversion manifesting as Guillian-Barre syndrome

摘　　要：To the editor： Human immunodeficiency vires （HIV） infection is an epidemic of modem era. Primary HIV infection usually presents as fever, fatigue, lymphadenopathy, myalgia, nausea and diarrhoea. Neurological symptoms may present during primary infection in 9% of patients usually as aseptic meningitis or opportunistic infections. The occurrence of Guillian-Barre syndrome （GBS） during seroconversion of HIV is rare.To the editor： Human immunodeficiency vires （HIV） infection is an epidemic of modem era.
