针药联合治疗耳带状疱疹引起面瘫的临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察药物联合针灸治疗耳带状疱疹引起面瘫的临床疗效。方法选取2011年2月～2013年1月于我科就治的此类患者57例，随机分为观察组29例，对照组28例。观察组采用药物治疗配合针灸疗法，对照组单纯采用药物治疗。10d一个疗程，治疗4个疗程后进行疗效评定。结果观察组临床痊愈19例，显效7例，无效3例，治愈和显效率89．6％；对照组临床痊愈13例，显效6例，无效9例，治愈和显效率67．8％，组间差异有显著性（P〈0．01）。结论药物治疗联合针灸治疗耳带状疱疹引起面瘫临床效果确切，与单纯采用药物治疗相比优势明显。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of the combined treatment of acupuncture and medicinein Herpes zoster oticus. Methods Fifty-seven cases of Herpes zoster oticus were selected who were treated from February 2011 to January 2013. They were randomly divided into observation group （29 cases） and control group （28 cases） . Observation group were treated by the medicine associated with the acupuncture, and the control group were treated with routine medicine. The treatment effect was assessed after four courses each of which included 10 days. Results In the observation group, 19 cases were recovered, 7 cases were effective, 3 caese were invalid. The cure rate and effective rate was 89.6%. In the control group, 13 cases recovered, 6 cases were effective, 9 caese were invalid. The cure rate and effective rate was 67.8%. There were significant differences between the groups （P〈 0.01） . Conclusions Medical treatment associated with the acupuncture is effective, which is better than ordinary medicine therapy in treatment of Herpes zoster oticus.
