摘　　要：本文研究了泵送剂的组成、气温对混凝土坍落度损失的影响。根据工程特点和气温条件,调整泵送剂组分比例和掺量,形成NB系列泵送剂。泵送剂掺加工艺的研究表明,滞后掺加泵送剂工艺可延缓混凝土坍落度损失;载体泵送剂宜用于高气温、长距离运输条件下的泵送混凝土施工。NB系列泵送剂大量用于京津塘高速公路、京榆快速公路的桥梁工程,保证了工程质量,取得了显著的社会效益和经济效益。The effect of the composition of pumping concrete agents and the atmospheric temperature on theslump loss of concrete is discussed in this paper. According to the engineering characteristics and atmos-pheric temperature conditions, the NB series of pumping agents for concrete are formed by regulatingthe ratio of ingredients of pumping concrete agent and the quantity added. The study of the process forpumping concrete agent to be added showns that: the slump loss of concrete may be delayed if the timefor adding the pumping concrete agent is delayed; for pumping concrete construction under high atmos-pheric temperature and long distance transportation, the pumping concrete agent by carrier is suitable.NB series of pumping concrete agents was used in great quantity for Beijing-Tianjin-Tangguhigh speed highway and bridge engineering of Beijing-Shanhaiguan high speed highway. The engi-neering quality was ensured and the social benefit and economical benefit was obtained substantially.
