摘 要:目的探讨依托咪酯对兔定量药物脑电图(QPEEG)δ和β2频段功率百分比的影响。方法 30只健康成年家兔随机均分为五组:I组静脉注射脂肪乳1ml/kg,LD、MD和HD组分别静脉注射依托咪酯0.25、0.50和1.00mg/kg,NS组注射生理盐水作对照。应用数字脑电地形图仪分别记录给药前30s,给药后30s和1、2、3、5、10min时兔左、右脑额、顶、枕、颞8个脑区QPEEG,采用功率谱分析给药前后δ频段和β2频段功率百分比的变化。结果与给药前比较,给药后,I组和NS组δ和β2频段功率百分比无明显变化(P>0.05),LD组中δ频段功率百分比在8个脑区均增加,β2频段功率百分比在8个脑区减小,但仅在部分脑区、部分时间点的变化有统计学意义;MD组和HD组中δ频段功率百分比在8个脑区增加(P<0.05或P<0.01),β2频段功率百分比在8个脑区减小(P<0.05或P<0.01)。上述变化与依托咪酯的剂量有关(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论依托咪酯呈剂量依赖性增加兔QPEEGδ频段功率百分比,降低β2频段功率百分比;这可能成为监测依托咪酯麻醉深度的指标。Objective To explore the effect of etomidate on the percentages of &band and β2-band of quantitative pharmaco-electroencephalogram(QPEEG) in rabbits. Methods Thirty healthy adult rabbits were equally randomized into 5 groups of I(intravenously injected fat emulsion 1 ml/kg), LD, MD, HD (intravenously injected etomidate 0.25, 0. 50, 1.00 mg/kg, respectively) and NS (intravenous injection of normal saline as the control). The percentages of &band and β-band power in the frontal, parietal, occipital and temporal area of the left and right brain in rabbits were noted down by QPEEG at 30 seconds before administration and 30 seconds, 1,2,3,5 and 10 minutes after administration, respectively. QPEEG activity was processed with power spectual analysis in order to analyze the changes of a-band and β2-band power percentage. Results Compared with before, there was no significant difference in &band and β-band power percentage in all brain regions in groups of I and NS after administration(P〈0. 05). The percentage of δ-band power was increased and that of β2- band power was decreased in all brain regions in groups of LD(P〈0. 05 or P〈0. 05), MD and HD (P〈0. 05 or P〈0. 01) after administration, and the changes of δ-band and β2-band power were correlated with the dose of etomidate. Conclusion Etomidate is able to increase the percentage of δ-band and decrease the percentage of β2-band power in QPEEG of rabbits in a dose-dependent manner. The percentages of a-band and β2-band power may become monitoring indicators for evaluating the depth of etomidate anesthesia.
