白芍总苷胶囊治疗前、后寻常性银屑病患者外周血IL-17,TNF-α和IFN-γ的变化

摘　　要：目的检测白芍总苷(TGP)治疗寻常性银屑病(PV)前、后患者外周血中IL-17,TNF-α,IFN-γ的水平,进一步了解TGP在银屑病治疗中的作用机制。方法应用酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)检测30例PV患者TGP治疗前、后外周血中IL-17,TNF-α,IFN-γ的水平,并与20例健康对照者比较,分析这几种细胞因子在治疗前、后与PASI评分的相关性。结果治疗前IL-17,TNF-α,IFN-γ水平均明显高于健康对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),治疗后仍高于健康对照组,但较治疗前明显下降(P<0.05)。且PASI评分与血清中IL-17,TNF-α,IFN-γ表达呈正相关(P<0.05)。结论 TGP可能具有调节Th17相关细胞因子(IL-17)和Th1型细胞因子(TNF-α,IFN-γ)水平的作用,从而达到治疗银屑病的作用。Objective To investigatie the effects of total glucosides of paeony（TGP） on levels of IL-17, TNF-α, IFN-γ in the serum of patients with psoriasis vulgaris （ PV）, to analyze its therapeuticmechanisms. Methods En zyme linked immunosorbent assay（ELISA） was used to dected the level of IL-17 ,TNF-α,IFN-γ in serum of patients with P and health controls and their correlations with PASI score was analyzed before and after treatment. Results Patients with PV had increased levels of IL-17, TNF-α, IFN-γ which compared with health control group （P 〈 0 01 ） ; after the treatment, the levels of IL-17, TNF-α, IFN-γ were significantly re-duced （P 〈 0.05 ） ; serum concentrations of IL-17, TNF-α, IFN-γ showed significant positive correlations with PASI score. Conclusion TGP may rectify Thl7 cell-related cytokines（IL-17） and thelperl cell-related cyto kines （TNF-α, IFN-γ,） to play a role intreating psoriasis.
