摘　　要：目的探讨嗜酸性粒细胞增多性皮炎的临床特点和治疗方案,加强临床医生对本病的认识。方法回顾性分析本科2007年1月-2012年12月收治的32例嗜酸性粒细胞增多性皮炎患者的临床和实验室资料。结果 32例患者中的男女比例为5.4∶1,平均发病年龄59.63岁;均仅有皮肤损害及血液系统异常。系统使用糖皮质激素治疗较为敏感,雷公藤多甙、沙利度胺和甘草制剂合用有一定疗效。结论嗜酸性粒细胞增多性皮炎好发于老年男性患者,糖皮质激素为其主要治疗药物,雷公藤多甙、沙利度胺和甘草制剂合用有一定的疗效。Objective To discuss the clinical features and treatment strategies of hypereosinophilic dermatitis in order to strengthen doctor＇s knowledge about this disease. Methods Clinical features and laboratory data were ret rospectively analyzed in 32 cases of hypereosinophilic dermatitis from the department of dermatology, the first affiliated hospital of Kunming medical university,dated from January 2007 to December 2012. Results The results showed the ratio of male/female was 5.4/1 ; the average age of onset was 59.63-year-old. Thirty-two patients only displayed blood and cutaneous changes. Some patients showed a good response to systemic glu cocorticoids. Combination of tripterygium hypoglaucum, thalidone and compound glycyrrhizin was also effec tive in treating hypereosinophilic dermatitis. Conclusion Hypereosinophilie dermatitis often occurs in aged males. Oral glucocorticoid therapy is an optional regimen. Combination of tripterygium hypoglaucum, thalidone and compound glycyrrhizin is also effective.
