石家庄市大学生痤疮患病率与危险因素知晓情况分析

摘　　要：目的了解石家庄市大学生痤疮患病率及其对危险因素的知晓情况,为制定预防和干预措施提供科学依据。方法采用分层整群随机抽样的方法在石家庄市在校大学生中抽样,以调查问卷的方式收集危险因素认知情况资料,并检查其痤疮患病情况,用SPSS13.0软件对数据进行统计分析。结果石家庄市大学生痤疮危险因素知晓率24.49%(227/927),患病率为39.49%(293/742)。男生患病率高于女生,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。不同年级、专业和生源地知晓率和患病率差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),大学生患病率与其危险因素知晓率呈负相关。结论石家庄市在校大学生痤疮患病率较高,知晓率较低。加强健康教育和提高对痤疮危险因素的认知度可能是降低痤疮患病率的有效途径之一。Objective To understand the prevalence and awareness of risk factors for acne among college studens in Shijiazhuang city, Hebei province. Methods The college students in Shijiazhuang city, Hebei province selected by stratified random sampling were conducted a questionnaire survey about awareness of risk factors for acne,and the prevalence of acne was checked. The dates were analysed by using SPSS13.0 statistics soft ware. Results Awareness rate of risk factors for acne among college studens in Shijiazhuang rate was 24.49% （227/927） ,the prevalence was 39.49% （293/742）. The prevalence of boys was higher than that of girls,the difference was not statistically significant （ P 〉 0.05 ）. There were statistically significant among awareness and prevalence of ache in different grade, professional and student nationalities, and was found to be inversely associated with the prevalence and awareness of its risk factors among college students. Conclu sion The prevalence of acne among college students is higher and awareness of its risk factors is lower, to strengthen health education, improve the awareness of risk factors for acne could be a effective way to reduce the prevalence of acne.
