皮肤异色病样淀粉样变1例

摘　　要：患者女,49岁。面、颈及双上肢色素沉着和色素减退相间,伴苔藓样丘疹及毛细血管扩张12年。皮损夏季加重,家族中无类似疾病史,父母亲非近亲结婚。皮损组织病理检查示:真皮乳头内有红色团块样均质性物质,结晶紫染色阳性。诊断:皮肤异色病样淀粉样变。A 49-years-old female presenled with asymptomalic poikihdermalus skin lesion,lichenoid palules and upper limb for 12 years, pruritus. ALL lesions were exacerbated in summer. There was no same ease in the family. Parents weren＇t married consanguineously. Skin biopsy revealed eosinophilie amorphonS globules below the basement membrane zone and dermal papillae, h show positive results with gentian violet,Diag-nosed the poililoderma-like,culaneous amyloidosis（PCA）.
