干扰素皮损内注射联合咪喹莫特乳膏外搽治疗尖锐湿疣35例临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察干扰素皮损内注射联合咪喹莫特乳膏外搽治疗尖锐湿疣的临床疗效。方法将70例尖锐湿疣患者随机分为两组，各35例。治疗组予干扰素皮损内注射，1次／周，同时予咪喹莫特乳膏涂薄层于疣体，隔日夜间用药1次，至疣体全部消退，疗程均〈16周，每次用药6～10h后清洗患处。对照组仅予C02激光治疗。结果治疗结束时，治疗组有效率为91．43％。治疗结束后12周时，治疗组和对照组的复发率分别为10．34％和65．71％，治疗组和对照组的不良反应发生率分别为60．00％和100％，差异均有统计学意义（P均〈0．05）。结论干扰素皮损内注射联合咪喹莫特乳膏外搽治疗尖锐湿疣，其复发率低，安全性好。Objective To observe the efficacy of intralesional injection of interferon a-2b combined with imiquimod cream on condyloma acuminatum. Methods Seventy patients with condyloma accuminatum were divided in to two groups randomly, the treatment group （35 patients） and the control group （ 35 patients）. Patients in treatment group were treated by intralesional injection of interferon a-2b combined with imiquimod cream, and those in control group were treated with CO2 laser. Results After 12 weeksfollow-up, the recurrent rates in the treatment group and control group were 10.34% and 65.71% respectively, the recurrent rate and the adverse reactions in the treatment group and control group were 66.00% and 100% respectively, the recur rent rate and the adverse reactions of the treatment group was significantly lower than that of control group （ all P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The treatment of intralesional injection of interferon a-2b combined with imi quimod cream on condyloma acuminatum is safe, and the recurrence rate of that is low.
